Role Overview:
The Proposal & Marketing Lead drives proposal development, pursuit coordination, and marketing content for our industrial engineering and project management services across Western Canada. This role blends strategy and hands‑on execution, working closely with engineers, project managers, and leadership to strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission
- Determine response level (fee letter, qualifications package, full proposal)
- Translate technical inputs into clear, client focused content
- Coordinate pursuit strategy with Business Development and Operations
- Manage timelines, compliance, and submission quality
- Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate, resumes, and project profiles
- Lead marketing initiatives including website upkeep, social media, etc.
- Organize and maintain digital marketing assets (project portfolio, CV databases, etc.)
- Conduct market, client, and competitor research to support pursuit strategy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in proposals and marketing development in professional services or construction, with strong preference to engineering.
- Strong technical and business writing skills
- Experience collaborating with technical teams
- Understanding of scope development and WBS based structuring
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Graphic design and material content creation skills are a strong asset

Salary: $80,000-$95,000/year, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
Schedule: Hybrid model, flexible start times, and free on‑site parking.
